SHIPPING 

All domestic orders ship via USPS. All international orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

You can track your order directly through our site by logging in to your profile from the top "LOG IN" icon.

We highly recommend picking “Route Shipping Insurance” at checkout for added protection.

LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES

While we strive to ensure the secure delivery of packages through USPS, unforeseen circumstances may lead to lost or stolen packages. Once USPS has received your package, they are responsible for its safe and timely delivery. Regrettably, if a package is lost or stolen during transit, it is beyond our control as a sender.

We advise contacting USPS directly for assistance if your package is lost or stolen. They have the tools and expertise to investigate and resolve these matters.

PAYMENT + ORDER STATUS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that the items and quantities are correct.

Once an order has been placed, the address cannot me modified after a period of 10 hours. If your need to modify your delivery address, we recommend using USPS Package Intercept portal. This tools enables you to easily manage and adjust your delivery preferences. This can only be done if your order is not out for delivery.
